Except butterflies are some of the strongest and highest fliers in the world. I'd like to see Mr. Dragonfly-wings over there fly from the North Pole to the South Pole through the stratosphere.

I'm thinking this might not be finished. It'd look amazingly better with that black, orange and white theme continued through the rest of the model.

I'm guessing that you're referring to the insect world only? I'm sorry, but a butterfly is neither stronger nor higher of a flier than a bird. Butterflies have been known to fly upwards of a skyscraper, but that is not necessarily testament to their flying prowess. More likely that they just get caught on updrafts and what have you.

I'm guessing that this was more of an embellishment than a statement? Our stratosphere is about 6 or 8 miles above the earth's surface. No way a butterfly could make it. Plus, butterflies are cold-blooded creatures. They die from the cold long before they got there.

Anthropology rant done with (that's what happens when you look seriously at being one), that mycetic spore looks rather interesting, though I am somewhat befuddled at what it looks like, three dimensionally. All I'm getting from this angle is... wall of red?

Papo makes some decent dinosaurs toys. All I did was give it a snout horn to make it a megasaur. I liked the color scheme of the toy, so when I gave it a similar paint job once I primered it. I'm going to get around to adding some more eldar decor to flesh it out some more as a model.

It's not a laspistol. Marbo Has a ripper pistol, and thats what that is.

Very nasty, the AP is also a lot better than a normal IG sniper rifle. Though I haven't used it yet as I tend to use the demo charge his first turn and then he dies.

Gotcha. I don't know Marbo's rules or anything. It just looks like a laspistol. Makes sense now that you explained it, though.

No worries. It "was" a laspistol though. I probably could have converted the body of the gun a little more.

yeah I find that too! But it's when you realise, he can shoot both! Throw Demo charge and then blat shot with his pistol. Dang nasty.

He can't shoot both.

The lads at Warhammer World Nottingham didn't have an issue when I raised the question, maybe I pulled a bad judge then.

Hmmm. Yeah only one shooting attack can be used a turn unless a special rule says so or you're a vehicle. But if they let you awesome.
