I'm having trouble getting my avatar to move, it is under 120 by 120 pixels, but it won't show up, all i get is a still picture.

Are you trying to reduce the size of an animated gif? That's not as easy as it sounds, but there are tools within Photoshop and Fireworks that I've done it with before.

The image you linked to is too big. In order to get have it as an avatar, and still have it animate, you would have to shrink it. Most common image editors cannot shrink a GIF file without turning it into a still image.

WTF!!! I checked the size of the thing like 500 times yesterday, and i would have bet my soul it was 120 by 100. oh well, thanks for the help
