The one on the left is Imperial Confessor Kyrinov and the one on the right looks like an old Captain Sicarius.

IIRC the one on the right is an old DA commander. May be wrong though.

Close. He's a generic Ultramarine Captain.

Arch confessor Kyrinov is no SM.
He's a mere Inquisition flunky (complete with big hat).

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That Ultramarines Captain was one of the first models I'd ever bought for Warhammer.

Yeah, he's one of the first ones I got as well. His Power Sword is so tiny.
In the fluff for my army he was the (former) Captain of the 2nd Company - Captain Terrox. He was demoted after starting a war with a unit of Blood Angels he thought had turned to Chaos (it's how I justified fighting Blood Angels).
As for Kyrinov, in my army he was Cardinal Maximilian Voss, who went mad and raised an army to fight evil. He survived many games before meeting a grisly end at the wrong side of a confrontation with a Nurlge Daemon Prince and a Undivided Biker Lord.
