The codex acually states on page 62 that "In addition, a Blood Angels model with a jump pack has the Decent of Angels special rule", so your command squad also has Decent of Angels. I like the principle with every unit having FNP and furious charge. The problem is just when deepstriking with infernus pistols, you have to be somewhat lucky to get within melta range, because it is only 3". Another issue at 2000 points might be that you only have 37 bodies, only protected by power armour and FNP, which is not going to last long if you expose too many to enemy fire in a single round of shooting. Tanks and squads with a lot of special weapons need to die first or else it is GG!

I'm not sure whether this is supposed to be competitive or not but I don't see it going very far. You spent the majority of your points on HQ's and Elites or units that cannot score i.e. DC w/Lemartes. Yeah, no doubt, those units are cool but they can't do what 2/3 of the games require. . .score. Your army, as currently configured, is next to useless against most things. You don't have enough to deal with hordes and you don't have enough to deal with mech. The two biggest army types will either outnumber you so much that there's no hope for you to win or simply outmaneuver you or hit you with every battle cannon on the field. And we're not even talking about when you lose a unit in a deep strike mishap. Even with DoA it can happen. It's happened to me. I lost a Librarian, 10 man Assault Squad, and a Sanguinary Priest when I roll a 6 and the scatter die pointed me straight into a land speeder. Then I rolled a 2 on the mishap table. It really, really sucked. I was able to draw the game but without that unit my army was severely crippled. If that ever happened to yours you'd be finished. Infernus pistols are great. Even outside of melta range that added str 8 shot can and does make a major difference. I primarily include as many infernus pistols as possible, not to help pop vehicle necessarily, but to thin out the enemy before a charge. I figure that if I can wipe them out before a return strike then my Priest will live for another round of combat. BA are one of the few assault units that are actually better out of combat  Just to give you an idea of what you would be up against with a more balanced list here's my 2k

Drop some of the points in the HG squad, they are way too expensive...
Also, PFs in every squad... I like hidden PFs
For HG I would suggest maybe two PWs and a PF with a meltagun.
Try to get a third scoring unit if possible.

I dont really play competitive lists, I just play what I would find fun. Thanks Bonde for pointing out that rule. Personally I dont like hidden PF there gay. I probly will drop some of those infernus pistols infavor of meltabombs.
