I am planning on starting a SW army with TWC in it. Would 1 squad suffice or would I at least need 2? I was thinking squads of 3-4. Also, I wanted to know if it would be a bad idea or not to include Wolf Guard termies. I'm thinking too many non scoring units with a lot of points invested in them. What do you guys think? Also, Canis or Wolf Lord on mount? Open to any suggestions!

Wolf Lord on Mount. In my SW list, I take a wolf lord on mount leading a unit of 2 TWC. 3 guys, complex all with SS.

I also take Logan, so my termies score.

Depends on what points you are using IMO anything under 2500 points and you will not have enough points for the rest of your army if you use more than 1 unit of TWC. I would also keep that unit to 3 models.

Depends how silly you want to go. TWC are deadly but delicate. You'll win big or get tabled, them's the breaks.

Canis Wolfborn, 185.
Wolf Lord w/ Thunderwulf mount, Wolf Claw x2, Mark of the Warrior Born. 220

Iron Priest w/ Thunderwulf mount, 4 cyberwolves: 155.

The Thunderwolves are arranged like that for wound allocation purposes - each model is uniquely equipped. Put the Wolf Lord and Canis in the Wolf Packs to protect them, and move everything forward. Aim to table the opponent - with only two scoring units you'll struggle to win any other way.

Well I was not intending to make my whole army with TWC, but maybe 4-5. I was wondering if it would be too expensive to put termies in with TWC in an army of say.. 1200-1500 pts?
