The left arm is mainly from an apothecary arm, but where are the flamer parts from ? are they just regular flamers do you think ?

I am thinking of making a Vulkan equivalent to lead my Ultramarines.

Not sure what he used - but the new hand flamer in the Death Company box would be perfect for that. You can get them as bits on ebay.
