I have a couple of preferences.
I personally think you should put las cannon sponsens on that pred for antivehicle spam that will be on the board. I know you have meltas. But you could miss. And being you are foot slogging it I would upgrade that one tac squad to a basic missle lanucher so you could reach out and touch someone with him.
I'm not a fan of the Dakka Dev squads. I personally dont care for Devistators in space marine armys. I think the points are better served in tanks. 2 preds would be greater then Devistators. But you know what you will be playing. I would take missle lanuchers on the whole squad if you do take them. Cheap and can have blast templats. Plus they can pop rhinos with ease.
I like stern guard but I think another full tac squad would serve you better and it is a scoring unit. at 1000 points.
