Consider some spores dude, leaf blowers own any thing on foot IMO

I think that this is a very solid list vs leaf blower armies. You will be giving up alot of kill points though.

I would lose the zoanthropes for a doom of malantai.

I would also lose one of the flyrants for a genestealer mob of 10+ a broodlord.

Just remember that you have a very good army for objectives, but 2 out of 3 scenarios at ard boys this year are kill points and victory points.

Your army will suffer for victory points for sure. If I concentrated all of my firepower on your trygons, I could get 600 victory points from you in 1 or 2 turns.

I wonder if you could jiggle some points around and get around 25 or 26 gargoyles. Charge screen and cover saves for your hive tyrants would be vital so that they didn't disappear too fast.

Also, I really like adding adrenals to my trygons, really kicks you over the hump on land raider killing.

I think you could free up points just by running 30 gants instead of 75. That could get you the adrenals and the two mid-sized gargoyle units.

I was thinking about hiding the hive tyrants behind the trygons.

What flyrant model are you using, and are those old or new gargs?

I'm actually pretty curious how "argument-free" their cover save would be from gargs. Please let me know if it looks pretty good. I'm not sure if I'm going to use metal GW tyrants or resin forgeworld tyrants yet. And ease of cover save will be the determining factor.

Nids have a lot of problems with undefined model shapes and sizes on their MCs and not a lot of ways to get cover saves for those MCs. And not having a save against missiles for 210 point or 230 point models is not a happy thought. Especially at 2500

Given the lack of Hive Commander, I'm guessing your Trygons are starting on the board? If they weren't, I'd suggest clearing enough 'gants to make one Trygon a Prime, both for the burrowing Synapse and for the backfield Shadow in the Warp when he arrives.

My only concern re: Gargoyles is synapse; Tyrants, screened or not, are fairly vulnerable targets. If you have the model, you might consider swapping a Tyrant for the Parasite, if you want the gargoyles along.

For Ard Boyz I'm using the 2nd edition Tyrant with Wings Glued ON and the Old Gargoyles.

Honestly though, I love how all of our lists are mostly made to deal with one another. IE- Geoff fears your list, you fear Reece's and my list, and I fear Geoff and Shane's lists ect.
