Interesting, though... i'm not sure if i'd be interested in a pure farrow army.. (just my personal tastes heh) as it seems to be headed that direction possibly?

Read the article. It does seem that the minions will have a farrow army.

So far we have:

Warlocks
Lord Carver, BMMD, Esq. III

Warbeasts
War Hog
Gun Boar (speculation at this time, only the name is known)

Units
Farrow Brigands (Primal)
Farrow Bone Grinders (Evolution)

Solos
Rorch & Brine (Metamorphosis)

I've got a feeling that Farrow will probably work with some of the non Farrow minions as part of their 'minion contract' because unless there's an explosion of new models there wont be enough models to make viable armies with any kind of variety.

Crap. I always said that if they did a Farrow "faction" I'd be in. I'm just getting a good jump on finishing my Magnus stuff and now this. Man!

It will be no different than when Gorten and Magnus were introduced.
They were basically just a battlegroup and a couple solos. Maybe a unit.
As new books come, there will be new options added.

It probably has something to do with me being from Louisiana...

I've just not been able to be sold... on the minion models... or at the very least.. not sold on the notion of them being a whole faction of gators... or .. wild piglets hah.

It might be just due to personal tastes really. I just can't get into the 'minions' as much as 'mercanaries'.

Or maybe i just dont like those 'animals'. I'm not sure why i'm just not feeling it! haha.

I'm waiting on Gatormen too. I noticed that the Gatormen Posse are FA:2 in the MkII beta. Voodoo alligators is such a cool idea.

I like it! I would definitely play a Farrow army!

I didn't see it last time I looked, but it may have been an oversight on my part. They've also lost an attack.

Okay, the first three are kind of 'meh', but those last two! Googly moogly. What use can I find for them in my Lizardmen army?

Easy. Champion and Kroxigor.

Oh yeah, I'd forgotten about Gatormans. They're kind of like the cantankerous version of Trolls. Sign me up for that!

Those are 40 and 50mm bases. The Voodoo Gatorman is the size of a Krox, his warbeast is nearly Dread size.

What's that big Dinosaur thing that Lizardmen ride (not Cold ones)? That'd be the same size as Snapjaw. Gatormen are definitely Kroxigor sized.

The dinosaur is a special character, iirc.

The model GW sell is a special character, but I believe the Carnosaur is a mount cohoice for old blood saurus
