I always thoguht it was said san-gwee-nee-us

I pronounce it as:
Silly Fairy Sparkly Pants with Batnipples

or, when I am in a slightly more srs mood:
San (As in Sand but with no D)
gwin (a soft guh followed by win)
ee (as in bee or tea)
uhss (not like the word us, but more of a uhss

Well, the proper latin pronunciation would be San-gwin-ee-oos.

For some reason I don't pronounce the final 'I'. i know it's there, I've studied Latin for 5 years yet I still don't pronounce it right! So if you were me it would be SANG-GWIN-US.
