I use a hard G:

Sang-Guh-I-Ness

I hear a lot of people using a soft G:

Sang-Gwee-Ness

How do you pronounce it?

This is correct.

Sanguinius is clearly based on the word sanguine meaning blood and pronounced san-gwihn.
Ditto sanguinary (san-gwihn-air-ree)

DAMN YOU GWAR... .I was going to make a similar joke, but you beat me to it.

After the orbital strikes, Thunderhawk bombardments, Whirlwinds, Vindicators, fusion and starfire and finally Battle Brothers with flamers had finished cleansing the world of all the enemies of Man, we built a monastery in the center of the largest, most radioactive impact crater.
