They did produce original genestealer cult army lists that had turned to chaos. Had interesting things like a possessed genestealer patriach, magus with chaos spells and mutant beastmen brood brothers.

Since a ork-genestealer cult is doomed anyway, the genestealers might turn to chaos in a desperate attempt to try and retrieve some victory (in the old fluff, ie Freebootaz, genestealer cults of orks were more dominated by the ork instincts than the genestealer ones, the poor purple bugs getting swept along and dominated by the waaagh psychic might instead of the hive mind. Also interestingly, you could get possessed weirdboyz, the weirdboy's primative brain not being overpowered by the daemon but enslaving it and trapping it inside to use as a battery! It described the daemon's plight as 'utterly miserable'
