So, I think that it would be really cool to do some specialized orks. While I was thining, I thought about how cool it would be to have some ice orks. They would wear like fur coats, and have like pick axes and stuff as CC weapons. The only problem is that I have no idea how to get the hoods for the coats. Is there any model I could use for the heads, or any other possible way I could do it?

Just sculpt them from greenstuff. Hoods would be very easy to do. As far as jackets go, there is a good tutorial on the waaagh about making coats for orks.

Fur-lined hats would be fairly easy - glue the heads on, snip off any protruding ears or helmet spiky bits, then add a simple greenstuff hood, let harden, then add a greenstuff fur hem.
Jackets won't be as easy, as you have to worry about fabric creases and folds - unless your orks are particularly macho and stay bare-armed

How would the fur hats from the Vostroyan range look? I expect it would get somewhat expensive though, so GS may be a much better path.

Fur trimmed wasnt what im looking for. I need a full hood. Thanks for the suggestion though.
@Jbob- I checked out the vostroyan, but I dont think that they would work considering that theyre helmats and not hoods. Id really have to work at it to get them to be hoods. Its an idea though, right?
