So who are some of the characters you have been lucky enough to play against in any type of game?
Mine would have to be a kid I met at the college near my first game shop. His name was Remington Steele (yes he was named after the Pierce Brosnan character, oddly enough his brother was named Pierce) He dated a woman named Serenity, and a chick named Libby. He was 5'1" and had the security guards in his dorm force him to shower mulitple times. They would drag him in the shower and not let him leave until he did. (Not very nice) I could never do his character justice. He loved Pro Wrestling, Heintai, Anime Larps, Death Metal and Jesus.
The stories I could tell mostly involved me being a butthead so I will avoid those since I have turned over a new leave. It was just pretty cool to play against Remington Steele in a bunch of games... felt like I was a guest star.

What?

Name or talk about some of the people you have played against in games who can be percieved as characters. People, that were funny to play, or over the top with their actions, people who you would tell stories about long after they are gone. Thats what I was trying to get at.

He would come along with the group of regulars whenever we went out to eat. He would insist that he had not had the foods we were eating in years, all in an attempt to get someone to buy him dinner. If that didnt work he would play drums with the silverware, and at IHoP he would take the syrups and mix them with water to make his drinks. Libby, was a woman with a nice body, but her head was permanently stuck to one direction, had a severly crossed eye, and always trabbed to stab him.

One of my gaming buddies real name is Wirty. That's all I got.

...um...I played Lorek, he's totally weird. He has three fingers on his left hand and a vestigial tail that he rubs his dice on for luck.

Mostly all I've got is slightly nerdy college guys/gals and some older gentlemen who perhaps dip into 'quirky' but are all normally functional.

We do have a guy at the shop named 'Chip' it's the coolest name there besides mine.

Played a guy named William Wallace, a Ragnar, a Max Rod(thought it was funny), a Fidel Castro, and thats about it off the top of my head.

I've taught a Van and Allaric how to play 40K. That's all I've got.

Rod Johnson won a contest at our WotC store so we had to call his house and let him know. I couldn't stop giggling when I called and asked some poor old woman for him.

"Hello is Mr. Rod there?"

"Yes, let me get him"

"Hello, this is Rod"

*Snicker*

"Yes, we wanted to let you know that you've won our giant, throbbing prize, rod"
