I don't honestly think anything like a "flame sniper" could exist. I mean, most of the other weapons have some sort of basis in reality, and I don't think a fire weapon would keep its heat/ stay as a "Sniper" over any sort of distance.

I like the concept. I think there's a way to make a coll new weapon here.

Cherubim Sniper Flamethrower Range:12"-30"*|S:5|AP:4|Type: Heavy 1, Template

*Draw a line at least 12" from the gun. The flame template is placed at this point.

Fluffwise, the Cherubim would work with a timed airbusrting micro-warhead. When the warhead (using an internal rotation counter) reaches a certain distance, the charge explodes, sending a gout of flame in the aimed direction.

Lol. Why not just have it basically be a grenade which ignores cover?

Or it could simply act as a sniper rifle, but removes its special rules and uses a small blast to represent an incindiary round. (does not scatter)

Fair enough, that would be kinda cool, not going to lie.

I agree, but if they called the rule for the gun anything other than 'Burnination' I'd die a little inside.

Here are four new Sororitas units ... with miniatures!

Close combat unit "Daughters of the Flame" (Warmachine, Protectorate of Menoth):

Assassin "Sister Eloise" (Helldorado):

Dreadnought "Vatacina Sentinel" (Rezolution):

Venerable Dreadnought "Fire of Salvation" (Warmachine, Protectorate of Menoth)

And finally, the Ecclesiarch "Hierarch Severius" (Warmachine, Protectorate of Menoth):

... plus some mission markers (also Warmachine)::

(not new, but another Sister Hospitaller (Reaper, Cleric Olivia)):

Last but not least: Cheerleaders (Shadowforge)

So much for now

Don't the IG have a weapon for a tank that uses the flamer template as a long distance shot? Or did they get rid of that for 5th ed?

Thanks for the comments, altough my original post was not really meant to be taken seriously

I should also draw the new "missionarims", biker sisters with shotguns, master-crafted eviscerator, and an exorcist missile launcher mounted on the bike ^^

While Bikers with Eviscerators would be rather cool I'm on record elsewhere as saying that if the sisters had bikers, they should carry power lances that act as flamers in the shooting phase.

And they must not be anything like SM bikers.

If they had power spears with flamers, I doubt they'd be like SM bikers.
