General Tactics
-------------------
-The reclusiarch will be placed in the rhino w/ the death co. They will charge up to the nearest... whatever, and pound on it. This will probably be a bullet magnet the first couple turns, which is to be expected
- Assault squads (w/ priests attached) skip around until they can get a good range for melta. Then charge in and wipe out whatevers inside.
- The dreads will drop pod in wherever they are needed. I LOVE furioso libbys, so I kitted one out to get in and get its beat on. The normal Furioso dread will target squishier things to get full benefit from the talons, preferably picking off stray vehicles. The Death Co. Dread will do the same. I picked podding them in for several reasons; 1) they act as a "shield", drawing fire from my rear lines until they can get up close and do what they do best 2) Gets them where they are needed on the field and allows me to divide and conquer depending on the situation
So what do ya'll think? I'm kinda iffy with the list at the moment, but I love the close combat capabilities of BA. Reminds me of my old khorne zerkers haha! When making suggestions keep the following in mind;
- I LOVE BA dreads, I'd prefer to keep 2 or so. I'm tempted to do 2 furioso libbys, but I really want at least 1 with blood talons
- Death co is a must, so please leave those in
- BA rhinos seem good, but 50 points seems... heavy. And I don't like the idea of running just 1. Any ideas on how better to run these beasts would be appreciated.

I am concerned about the DC in the rhino. Only one real vehicle in your list will get killed quick. Either more jump infantry or perhaps a JP second reclusiarch and fists on you sergeants. My assault squads do so much better with a reroll to hit along with a fist.
I almost forgot... I have a converted Libby dread that I love, but it does not pull it's weight. Try it b4 you convert it. Also try a DC dread in that pod.

Yeah, it'll be a few before I start buying (just got married today and all). I just want to get a rough draft of a list and proxy using my friends stuff for now.
I'll probably be taking the wings off the libby dread and doing Shield of Sanguinus. This allows me to pop the shield and cover a couple of my dreads for a turn while they get shot... then charge on in.

Congrats on the marriage. Secondly, do Sanguiniary Priests get Decent of Angels if attached to a squad?

As far as i can tell, BA jump packs bestow the special rule 'Descent of Angels'. As long as the priest is jump-pack equipped, he should have the rule. Scattering 1D6 is hella sweet.

He is correct, all jump pack models in BA have decent.
Its hella sweet, BUT I don't like just sitting around for a turn getting shot at @_@ Automatically Appended Next Post: Edited some. Moved drop pod from the furioso libby to the death co. Also, gave both assault squads some power fists and removed the rhino from the list. Basically I have all 3 of my "troop killers" drop in from above or wherever my foes lines are weakest and run thru em Automatically Appended Next Post: Also thinking, should I cut some thing are use some devs w/ 4x missile launchers? I'm noticing my list is lacking the ranged "punch"

Devs are a good idea. It looks like you need ranged AT firepower. Devs fit the bill there. I am iffy on the HQ though. BA get some good psychic powers, so a Librarian is usually a good idea, but the reclusiarch could work two.
And here is another suggestion, but this one might cost you. You seem to have HALF an all Deepstrike list. My I suggest that the rhino changes into a Drop pod? Then Just give dreads pods, and devs pods (if you get them), and BAM! All deep strike. Stick locater beacons on the Death company stuff, as well as what ever you want in first turn, and you can then have a safe, 0D6 scatter zone to drop into.
Points wise, Drop a Furioso, and buy everyone else a drop pod.

so what should I cut for some devs?

Furioso Libby. Sorry man, but you need the 115 for missiles, and the rest for location beacons.

Seems solid. Just deploy your Devs carefully, as they will get little to no support.

Well I tried this list proxied today vs the following SW list:
1x Wolf Lord guy on Twolf - Frost blade, the mark where you kill a model and get more attacks + 2 wolves
5x Twolf calv - All w/ Storm shield, 1 w/ Thunderhammer
5x Twolf calv - All w/ Storm shield, 1 w/ Thunderhammer
10x Greyhunters - 2x melta
10x Greyhunters - 2x Melta
In the end I tabled him, having lost: 1 full assault squad, 3 models out of a second assault squad, immobilized dread, lost 3 death company.
While it was part luck (he kept rolling how for his pens from his T-hammers) as well as part skill, I feel the list worked well. The only thing I'm noticing with the assault squads is i seem to roll terribly with them lol...
