The forces of Everblight do not thrive due to numerical superiority or fortified holdings but rather due to their adaptability. Everblight’s spell martyrs are a gruesome example of this ruthless cunning. These blighted Nyss are imbued with the dragon’s blighted energy, allowing warlocks to tap into their essence to unleash powerful spells. This overwhelming flow of arcane energy consumes the spell martyr just as it consumes the bodies of Everblight’s enemies.

Privateer Press, I kind of forgive you for the blandness of the Ravagore...

Very cool looking indeed! I will definately be working on my back log of Legion minis to get ready for Mk 2 and these new ones.

Grim, a bit disturbing and all the better for it.

Very nice sculpt.

HOWEVER... I am a bit annoyed that PP see fit to charge comparable prices with GW but put a pack of 3 identical minis out, surely minor variances between the 3 would have been easily sculpted? I think they should do this with all their multiple sets.

I completely agree on that.
But then when they do, they release like the MHA varaint. different leg, arm and head. Damn near the exact same pose.

Most of the FA:2 solos have had variants, but with a long time between. The new stuff is stuck with one pose.

That is one area that PP fails in comparison to GW. They are reluctant to give bonus poses.

I have 3 of the same Black Ogrun in a 5 man unit because the blisters always have the same pose.

A couple of head options, ball and joint connections for heads to necks, same for waists and arms where armour etc allowed it.

Instant pose-ability and individualisation. It was always my pet hate in GW units years ago. I remember loathing units made from those boxes of 8-10 same plastic figs, like those beastmen with halberds or the chaos warrior.

GW's plastics certainly afford modelling potential that isn't present here. PP should take note.

So what do you think... One use Arc Nodes? Or one use Wracks?

I think they may be akin to Menoth Wracks. A free point of fury that destroys the model.

That would make sense if people played Radical Daemonhunters.

Let us not discuss who and who doesn't. That way madness lies.

Nice models, in any case.

Thanks, Malfred!

So.... Are they exploding? Interesting. I would like a topdown view, I guess.
Too much pale flesh and blue effect. I can't really tell what's going on.

I don't know. Maybe you can pop them to cast a spell.

Potentially a new form of the MkI Popcorn technique?

Legion used to force shredders and reave fury right?
