The vindicare assassin is always good fun, and i can see the Eversor doing well. However I'd be inclined to pick up some more A/T (even melta bombs for your inquisitor lord or some warrior henchmen with meltaguns).

The lack of anti-tank is a bit striking, although the numbers seem good in the big squads.

No need for transports (4x4 is tiny!) so good choice there.

As for the weapons options, good choices, I often roll meltaguns and flamers (cityfight is what we play most).

One critique I have is the fact you have only 2 big squads to do your running around. 3 troops is always nice (even if you split one of the squads in two)

Is it just going to be annihilation or objective based as well?

You could ditch the Vindicare and one squad of troopers for some knights or sisters but i like it

I guess you're right about the points squueze. The only way you'll get out of it is if you drop an assassin (not nearly as cool) or reduce squad size.

Good choice with the inquisitor hammerhand switch.

Wow. I love assassins (always loved the callidus myself). Didn't know you had played games with the army yet!

I agree with the vindicare idea, unfortunately. One of my regular 500pt opponents from a few years ago fielded one every game and it only made it's points cost when I fielded hq units that were frankly too expensive for 500 pts.

Maybe consider adding special weapons, then just buff ou your inquisitor with a few warriors, maybe a sage. Acolytes and crusaders never go astray in smallgames. I think you could have a relatively cheap but super effective close combat unit to act alongside the assassin that way.

Never even thought of that! Wasn't sure wether you were using the daemon hunters codex or witchhunters. Thinking of getting a unit of daemonhunters just for giggles. So much deep striking goodness!
