Part of my pressie for quitting nicotine was a shadowsword kit here it is made up as a banehammer for my traitor guard.

Can't wait to take it out for a test drive.

Nice one. be sure to take pics of it in its first field test :3. I like the ruinous script-work on some of the panels.

Looking good. I'm always glad to see someone who doesn't immediately equate heresy with several tons of guts, spikes, chains, etc.

My one biggest gripe would be the chaos symbols you've drawn on. "In the grim darkness of the far future, man has all but forgotten the use of the compass and straightedge." I could understand if you wanted to go for a roughly painted on kind of look, but to me, this just looks squiggly and lopsided. Really doesn't do the rest of the paintjob justice.

P.S. - Quitters never win. Kidding! As a smoker, I know how rough that can be.

Everywhere I'm not supposed to be.

Looks might damn good to me! Congrats on the big quit, kinda sorta workin on it myself...if anything I'll drastically cut back... Anywho, I kinda like how the Chaos star is broken up amongst several different panels, and I like the squigly-ness (?) of the lines. I think it ties in with the whole Nurgle thing ya got goin on there.

If you need me, I'll be busy wiping the layers of dust off my dice.

Congrats on quitting smoking . I love the paintwork, especially the defacing of the eagles is nicely done.

Looks pretty cool mate. I can see you've scratched the eagles on the sides, but it might look even more obviously chaosified if you try painting a chaos symbol over/around them.
