Not off topic? Go read page 2. How many times does the word landraider or PoMS or splitting targets appear. Page 3 is in danger of the same fate.

Logan007 - to survive a death or glory you need to "stop the vehicle by any of the methods mentioned in the section of death or glory", stunned is one, but since you can't actually "stop" a landraider by "stunning it", I would say the model is crushed to death.  At least thats my take on it. You have two conditions, the vehicle must be stopped and you must do it by achieving one of the results listed in the D&G section.

You know, if you had read the thread start to finish you would know that its not off topic. :|

Someone asked a slightly different, yet relavent question (ie, POMS in the Chaos dex and IA books). Someone made a point in reference to that. Then counter-points to support the original point. All having to do with the same thing, POMS. It is not off top. The number of times a specific word or phrase is used in a post is completely irrelevant to wether or not its on topic. If it really bothers you, I will simply insert your thread title at the front of all my posts and that will settle it for you.

Secondly, I would note that in the same post you accuse us of going off topic in, you tell somebody some ruling about Death or Glory. Isn't that the definition of hypocritical? (Just to be clear, I can see how that could still be on topic, its just the irony of the post that gets me).

A debate on the validity of IA rules, and who is and isn't on the design team hasn't anything to do with the topic. A helios landraider or whatever the IA variants are called... you know what thats fine, I wasnt thinking about IA but its interesting. The death and glory question is fine too, its something else one rarely encounters. And both are related loosely to the topic and enhance the original question. Argueing about the validity of IA rules and who's on the design team is totally entirely unrelated to my original question, I do hope you see that. No what I said before wasn't hypocritical, but replying to you becuase you didn't get it the first time is feeling like I'm taking this thread off topic... so, congrats you trolled me. I'm out.

Versteckt in den Schatten deines Geistes.

More than the GW logo on the spine, the copyright and other stuff on the inside cover talks how the book is produced for Games Workshop.

It says nothing about any 'design studio', similar to the way that no published GW Codex talks about a 'design studio'. Ghaz is just making up qualifiers.
