coredump, to be honest, it really isn't clear either way. I think we should take this to YMDC.

So it appears the official ruling is that it is not possible to run the Last Chancers and the allied Culexus Assassin, *UNLESS* someone wants to argue that you can take advantage of this apparent "loop hole" and take a WH allied elites inquisitor and a DH allied assassin.

Where dioes it say this? Last time I looked page 30 of Witch Hunter offered Culexus assassins, since when did thyey become Daemonhunter only?

Ummmm, I'd call it more of an opinion, not an "official ruling". COurse, that may be because I disagree.................

You can take a WH Elite Inq and a Culexus. All of the WH assassins merely require an Inquisitor, of any rank. I will double check, but I am fairly certain the DH are listed the same way.
In such a fashion you could at least take a super cheap WH Inq. with 2 HBolter Servitors and a Plas Cannon Serv, along with a two sages for the rerolls if you really wanted. No psycannon, but still, about as cheap as a devastator squad. I am really pretty certain you can take DH Elite Inq's for Assassins though...

Great idea otherwise.

Yea, I checked last night: all you need is an Inquisitor. It does not matter whether it is DH/WH or HQ/elite. So, rock on!

OK, go for it. But I wouldn't suggest trying to get away with it at the US GTs or Games Day RTTs....... I know it wouldn't have been allowed at the Balt GD RTT if the judges were aware of it.
