Yeah, but at least with this, when my explaination of the rules fails, and the beer kicks in, and we just start crashing the figures into each other, it will still resemble what the makers intended.

Cost will be a deciding factor. I will be curious to see what they do. Not a fan of prepaints, but this seems more a game on the order of clay wars....
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.

I think it has had many names, but the basic rules were fairly standard and fun. We used pladoh for it. You used a pot with a single color, and you had a set amount of time to make a creature. When done, attacks, damage and hit points were assigned based on what you created. Then you fought it out, ripping appendages off, throwing clay,..etc..etc.. It was a blast.
I could see this beeing a fun game that is tongue in cheek like that. Wreaking havoc is fun!

Heh heh, that is awesome hellfury. Didn't see that the first time I looked at the post. That pretty much sums it up! I know an old dragon had rules, and some were on the net.
Giant monster smash is usually a good, fun time.

Lol. Alex Chobot. Last I heard he worked in the factory portion of the business. I saw a recent catalog from Privateer which had a picture of the staff somewhere on the first couple pages. He's the guy in the middle kneeling near the dog. Glasses & dark hair. Hope that clears that up!
