Looks much better than the first list.
The Swooping Hawks don't really fit this army.
If the Harlies are footslogging, you need a unit to screen them, or intercept fast enemy units (Tornados, Destroyers).
For this, I opt for Jetbikes with shuricannons.

You most recent list looks very good. The inclusion of the hawks is still a bit questionable, but you stated that you wanted to include them so I think you have a very optimal build with that consideration in mind.

One possible variant you might want to consider (as a second standard army list) would be to drop one of the dragon squads, one of the falcons, and the farseer's guide and spirit stones. With the points you saved, you should be able to buy a squad of war walkers with scatter lasers (180 points if I remember correctly) or a squad with 3 scatter lasers and 3 star cannons (240 points I think) and another farseer with guide to follow them around. This will give you a unit with huge anti infantry killing power.

If you had points left over, you could tack on an underslung shuriken cannon to the falcon or some runes to the farseers.

Threads should be like skirts: long enough to cover what's important but short enough to keep it interesting.

Hi there. Your army is beginning to look just like all the other eldar army list on the net. Of course it is usable, of couse its tough, but is it fun? The minute I myself see duplicate units in my own armies( not troops) I say to my self: It can do this and this because if one unit dies its clone/twin can succeed, but isn't the fun not to combine the abilities of different units?
I'm not saying the list is wrong, just that it might be dull and have few surprises for both commander and opponent.

I am one of the scorpion lovers. Somehow I like the only elite choice with save 3+, many attacks and a powerfist. If you use them right they are great. They have two different uses, both should be large squads (8-10), exarch, stalker, shadowstrike and I mostly use the scorpions claw.

Use one. The speed bump.
often small squad hiding behind cover, infiltrated and jumps out and assaults units that try to get to your deployment zone. A defensive unit.

Use two. Visit the neighbour
Large squad, casualties is to expected. infiltrate as close as possible to enemy infantry squad. Often the squad should wait a turn or two before moving as support should be given(3 vypers w 6 cannon, warpspiders, hawks) If enemy is close try to catch him. They can take a beating and still do the job.

Last advice: Take units you like the look about, not only because they difficult to oppose.

Hope it helps
