Thanks man.
So for people who attended, what would be your preference for points next tournament?
1750, 1850, or 2000?
You don't have to say why, just picking a number is fine.
I'm still undecided myself.

1850, then if you want to jump to 2000 the one after that would be cool.

1850, a little more terrain, and run it like the last one and you have a perfect tournament.

lol now all I have to do is make a bunch of terrain.
Well, it depends on Matt really. If he lets me fix up the older boards and terrain, that'll go a long way.
I think 1850 is a good place to go, I'll talk to the regulars (who don't post on dakka) and see if there's a consensus for 1850. I'll probably make the turns a little bit longer though, so people can get in more playtime.
I think 2 hours 15 minutes for games 1 and 2, and 2 hours 30 minutes for game 3 should be sufficient.

It looks like it was Bloody Brill Stelek-Exalt FTW.
Because you love the game/background/event you run it and get it organised yourself. KUDOS++
I wish I lived in the US of A, just for the number of tourneys/organised events.!! :(
As for terrain mate, yes, a bit skinny(no criticism Sir, just an observation!) so I would advise that cheap-ass alternative I did a thread on a while ago, for huge amounts of 'Stackable' durable and light stuff. If you are interested anyways.
Good on you Stelek-you 'Da man.

Oh we have about hmmm let me think...
10 old forests, 12 old buildings, and half a dozen old hills.
If I really wanted more terrain, it'd be there.
I've learned from Matt that if there's one thing that makes MG stand out terrain-wise is we don't cut corners....and I'd rather have less high quality terrain than more crappy terrain. I mean...people think felt mats and unpainted buildings are acceptable. They really aren't, it totally cuts into the feel of things...the "immersion" factor I guess.
You should see his FOW terrain. It's crazy good.
That said, I do like your stuff for my own personal use lol I spent the week running up to the tournament getting my own 6x4 table made (with terrain) but I need more. A friends gonna bring me some tomorrow, hopefully I can make a go of it with what he has but if not I'll probably do things your way.
Just fyi, if you cut holes in the buildings for 'windows' and 'doors' and put some egg crating inside sprayed black you'll add real depth to the piece.
I'll see if I can't take some pics of Matt's custom built fantasy houses. They're really something to look at.
