It occurs to me that if Codex Drop Podz is really coming the Raven Guard might get some love.

I have no idea what they might look like (did they even get a metal/plastic combo?) but maybe more gasmask looking helmets, sleeker armor.

Anyway first off I would love for GW to FINALLY do a new Marine chapter. It seems like everything is still retreds of Rogue Trader.

Black Templars weren't a Rogue Trader chapter unless I've lost my mind. They were pretty much the "new" Chapter when 3rd edition rolled out.

I vote for 1Ksons, especially Terminator conversion kits mainly because I think they are the coolest looking marines out there (yeah I know there aren't any pure 1Ksons Terminator rules but I still think Egyptian themed Terminators with the mark of Tzeentch would be awesome).

But really, I vote for no new marine kits ever. Seriously.

Well I kind of moved near Toronto, actually.

I think the Ultramarines could really use some love, I really think they've been overlooked lately. Maybe some sort of Veterans kit?

Wait a minute. How about this: Deathwatch. 10 guys including shoulder pads, Heavy Bolters, Suspensors, Flamers, and a Captain/ Libby guy.

Heck, they can even get out of the 80's and make some kind of nifty card thing with all the rules on it. Tournament legal, I do believe.

new world eaters plastics would be cool, or emps. children, but a new space marine chapter altogether would be better, mabey some sort of seige assosiated army, that would include cool crusade armour.

Should vs would?

It's going to be Blood Angels first, because they're Loyalist Marines who have (had) a chapter Codex are currently only supported by metal bitzs. GW can just warm over the BT sprue replacing the Maltese crosses with winged teardrops and they'll be done.

Of course, they should do a Chaos Power - and with Khorne Berzerkers already done, the logical choices are Nurgle. then Slaanesh.

But what I'd really want is a Mk. 6 "Corvus" armour sprue of 8 beakie heads, 9 studded shoulders, and 8 Mk. 6 chest pieces. If GW made that sprue, it'd sell like hotcakes!

Then, they could do a Mk. 8 "Errant" sprue followed by a Mk.4 / Mk.5 "Red Scorpions" sprue.

I thought they already did a White Scars bike squad? Or was that just the Khan guy? Either way it would be cool to see them brought back as they are a founding chapter.

I'm in favor of any of the major chapters getting some love that haven't recieved it yet. Iron Hands, Salamanders, Imperial Fists. Especially since some of these chapters got special character models.

For Chaos, Nurgle would be pretty cool. As would Thousand Sons. I'd pick Thousand Sons first though since it gets kinda boring seeing mutations and skulls everywhere in a Chaos army. Thousand Sons have a nice unique look.

However!!! Some love needs to go elsewhere right now. I'm seriously thinking Dark Eldar. After them you can sprinkle a little spice on Necrons and possibly IG (C'mon Valhallans!), but we all know this isn't going to happen for quite sometime.

I wouldn't say Khorne Berzerkers have plastic. They have a 10 year old sprue with some fairly "thick detail" bits, few of which have aged well.

I agree GW should pop out a Slaanesh, Nurgle, Khorne, and Tzeentch sprue for Chaos Marine fans. Some DA sized for each, and then the Legions/Renegades would be covered.

But let's not pretend that the fugly Berzerkers sprues count as "having a quality sprue". They don't.

Khorne has plastics, and Nurgle / Slannesh don't. So the situation is clearly worse for Nurgle / Slannesh.

Would you prefer to go back to the static 2E Berzerkers? No, of course not.

Of course Slannesh & Tzeentch don't even have that option.

Whether you like them matters not.

But once again, if GW follows their patterns, we should realistically expect Loyalists to be completed first (Blood Angels), then expanded (Corvus / Errant / Red Scorpions), before Traitors get anything. :(

You all know what the next marine release will be after the redone codex doncha??

It Space wolves. and they will be given new plastics even though they already have some. #Just look at thier history through the years. they have always had better models than the rest. they are always one step ahead model wise than the Da and Ba.

Plus JJ loves the wolves more than the other marine chapters.

Nope - it's going to be a Space Wolves tie-in. Grey is the new black! You may not have been aware of this before, but it turns out that the Space Wolves are like the most sooper bestest droppodderz evar!!(more better then the Ravenguards even!!)!!!

Also it turns out that Blood Angels are totally famous for fighting in small skirmishes. Or in space. One of those two - the marketing guys haven't told us which yet.
