And is it just me, or does Olimar suck? I mean he has a few interesting tricks, but he lacks the power....

Ike is a new favourite. Altough he's not quite as cool, as the Radiant Dawn version

Olimar is one of the Odd characters which include Wario, Snake, and Rob. They are hard to learn but once you do they are Godly. The key is effectively using his pikmin. I like to jump high in the air then carpet the area with them. But i don't really like to play with Olimar anyways . Sonic you get when you beat SSE btw.

SSB: Melee was the most imbalanced I have had the misfortune to play. Once you unlock fken Marth and Ray, you can't effing lose to anything but Mewtwo.

Odd, I have always found Link to be a very powerful character, but don't see mention of him. Strong power attacks, a good recovery, solid passive effect from his shield, and a great triple jump... hard to beat in any version.

Zelda is pretty decent in the newest version too. Her drop kick was upgraded, fireball became useful and she is almost guarenteed to get the power up for her ultimate. While she lacks the straight up power provided by some characters, like Ike, you can generate some vicious combos and drop the pain on anyone that lets you fireball into melee.

True. I've seen Peach kick some a$$ too. One of my friends is really good with her.

So, I unlocked each character and stag just yesterday. Wolf is a nice addition, at least his attacks look more different from Fox's than Falco's do. Altough I really can't understand why he gets the same Ultra Smash. I can live with that with Falco and Toon Link, but Wolf in a tank just seems wrong.
