So today I pre-ordered my copy! I am gonna pwn everybody with Sonic. What new SSB chars. is everyone else lookin forward too?

well, since I live in Europe, the thing I'm really looking forward too is a FREAKIN RELASE DATE!!!!!

and I'm also very excited about....well, pretty much about every new character. except that robot guy and that new fighting pokemon they kicked mewtwo for.

I excited about Lucario and Metaknight. I'm mystified and disgusted by the need for not one but TWO Star Fox clones. WTF

Sonics final smash is the freakin bomb! He uses the Chaos Emeralds and turns into super sonic where he kicks everybody's butt!!!

Oh, yeah! Can't wait to use Snake to kick Mario all over the board! My household is really looking forward to getting this game in our hands.

and there's a LEVEL EDITOR! the awesomeness will never end!

I think my favorite screenshot so far is Lucario picking up Snake's box.

haha ya that ones awesome I just got my copy a couple days ago and damn it's awesome!!! I haven't unlocked Sonic yet :( but I did get snake, he's okay but I'm best with Samus. Her final smash is awesome, a giant freakin' laser that launches everything in it's path

I'm pretty hyped about how awesome Pitt is. Flying is cool, but he also has a fantastic melee attack with his spinning staff. Great super too, as those cherubs can own house in a four player game!

Link is my old favorite, and I'm happy that he's been given a gross super. Not only does it look like Omnislash, it kills people straight up.

I'm totally crushed that they removed Pichu. His brand of self-destructive ultra high speed mayhem will be missed.

On the other hand, meta knight is outstanding, looks like a good replacement for a finesse character.

I unlocked Sonic! HELLZ YA!!! I spent about an hour last nite just learning his moves. His final smash is awesome.

You know, globalisation only works one way I bought a PS3 in Japan for my brothers in Spain last year when the EU PS3 got delayed only to learn that contrary to Sony public promises the PS3 was not compatible with the PS2 and that after buying a couple EU games that run under their japanes console Sony Europe slapped zone to their new releases (lying again about the no zone games promised before).

Net result for Sony Japan? If I have something to say no Sony product will enter my home, I´ll buy a new and improved PC when I have the extra cash and Japan has dozens of alternative brands that will provide me with videos, TVs and other stuff.

Well, in case you haven't heard: SSBB is the first Wii game which has a dual-layer disc. apparently some Wiis (Nintendo of america says about 3%) have problems running the game, either with slowdowns during the cutscenes or the system won't run the game at all. The official statement is, that the cause if this is a dirty laser which is caused by dust and smoke. Also, it seems that Launch-Wiis seem to have that promblem more often than consoles who aren't that old.
Nintedo offeres to clean the system for free, but you'll have to send it in of course.

I think Wolf is one of the better characters in the game. Basically take Fox, give him more damage to his attacks and more staying power, in exchange for a little speed.

I also like Toon Link, faster with more return ability.

You guys still don't have it yet?!? Dang that's gotta suck. I finally got all the characters and have been challenging my friends and such. I almost never win but it's still fun

Yes, it is the Wii version. But I just can't get those Star rankings in the 150 cups.

Not that I would care for baby daisy (whoever had that horrible idea) but I like to unlock as much as possible and I really want Dry Bowser.


on topic: If I'm lucky, the local media store wont care about the release date again, and have Brawl in shelfes already.

So....can anyone tell me how I can unlock Snake?
