I have bad tendonitis from football in my shoulders, and two days ago I threw out my shoulder shaking a pot of paint a little too aggressively. And my season starts in august :(

I have pressed too hard while trying to cut off some annoying pieces of plastic that were left on the dread after clipping off a frame. Needless to say that the knife slipped and i stabbed myself in the palm of my hand. I have done that twice...................
