Yes I inked skin and clothes and most of the details. I use paints only on weapons and armours

Geeze. Write up a tutorial on how to do that.

I was going to try that on my DH but I didn't have time to really experiment with a whole new way of painting. lol

I'd be interested in an inking tutorial as well, as I'm currently ripping my eyes out while trying to paint 10 diffrent kinds of yellow for my Iyanden force.

Your conversions look great and very natural, not forced. Keep up the good work!

Yep, count me in line for looking forward to a tutorial - your inking captures the Ork skintone perfectly!

Man, I wish there was a real Black Library where I could get a Black Library Card and take out Black Library Books without having to buy them. Of course, late fees would be your soul. But it would be worth it. - InquisitorMack

Skin is so easy that its a shame to write about it

On the white primer - green thraka ink.
Wait a little to dry than put more green thraka ink.
If necessary repeat that all once more

On grots I use scorpion green on white than I put green thraka ink

Mouth
Ogryn flesh ink on white background, than some bleanched bone on teeth

clothes
Most time gryphone sepia + ogryn flesh ink (2 or 3 times)

Shoes
Devlan mud ink or,
gryphone sepia ink (if clothes are paint in different way than described) or
flesh wash or brown wash (those are shining and more liquid so be carefoul)

Awesome job with the new assault marine. I do however think that the trim color is letting you down with all of the bright coloring elsewhere. Maybe go with a brighter yellow?

Agree. I do not feel that those shoulderpads are finished. They deserved to get more paint. I will paint something on them

And I will brighten up the trim as you suggest.

I just need to start to do something different...
I plan to do something with my relictors army. My only idea was building Relictorwing (DA Deathwing rules)

This is recent WIP

The Assault Marines are flat out cool. They exude some much character, especially the one with the bionic leg.

The Cadian/Vostroyans are really great conversions.

Your Ork stuff is top notch. They remind me of 2nd edition styled Orks, which I like a lot.

Overall, I enjoy the creativity you put into your projects. However, it must be tough to get a single army completed.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.

Thanky for nice words...
Actually I am a Veteran gamer... That means I have finnished
Relictors SM army
SOB army
Adeptus Mechanicus Space marines using CSM rules...
That 3 army are enough to play. My recent projects serve only to update those armies or only to have fun doing something new. When you already have something to play with you do not need to concentrate on one thing too much
