No, I am just maintaining nowadays. I have been in the fitness industry for 20 years, so my cutting/bulking phases are long past. I am, however, considering doing a 10K marathon next month.

Home-baked traditional Irish Cream Scones (more like a light, fluffy biscuit than the dense cookie stuff you get at Starbucks) served with a dollop of sweet cream and a handful any kind of berries. /mouthwatering soooooo gooood!

What harm can it do to find out? It's a question that left bruises down the centuries, even more than "It can't hurt if I only take one" and "It's all right if you only do it standing up." Terry Pratchett, Making Money

Cake is a superb breakfast food. But it doesn't stand up to warm fruit pie (cherry!)

Wow, this has to be the first time a gangsta has ever written or said chutney. BTW, is that avatar some famous rapper? I am totally oblivious to the hip hop/rap scene.

here in Germany I've been eating a fresh bread product (or donut) and cofee for breakfast from the bakery downstairs.

Back home in SF I just sort of eat some cereal, kix, CTC, etc.
Weekends are either brunch or greesy spoon in the city, hotel food at whichever hotel I am at in Germania.

My 3-year old daughter's current favorite is an Eggo waffle coated in peanut butter (filling all the little dimples in), but no maple syrup.

I'm usually eating an oatmeal square in the car while I'm running late for work.

I like pretty much any kind of breakfast, and I'm good to double down with breakfast for lunch.

Western-style farmer's breakfast is always great: sausage or hash w/ 3 eggs (over hard or omelet).

But I really like Cantonese or Shanghainese dim sum: variety of little meat dumplings with porridge or soy milk. Good stuff!

A big steaming mug of Black Coffee (milk/cream & sugar is for pussies) and nothing else. When it comes to drinks, if it doesn't have caffeine, it doesn't exist.

I'm more of a lunch 'n' dinner guy.

Although, back when I hada job and was working the 4am shift, breakfast was coffee and lunch was 8 cans of Red Bull. My heart will never forgive me

Today it's leftover hamburgers coated in season-all and topped with colby-jack cheese and a baked potato swimming in butter, salt and pepper. My favorite is fried chicken, with tabasco. And by the way, if you deep-fry those kittens, the fur will fall right off. (Unless you batter-dip, which is just nasty)

I had a very strong suspicion that your avatar was not a picture of you. What a shock that ODB is dead, who would have thunk it?

I think I'll skip the hip hop.

Uh, Malaysia. I should have said that but it would have further messed up my already fudged haiku.

After moving here I've started eating breakfast for the first time in years . I used to just get up, bathe, and start my day. I honestly haven't noticed a difference in how I feel, in fact eating in the morning makes me feel nauseous sometimes). The only reason I do eat breakfast here is because my class schedule ends past lunch which is when I'd normally eat "breakfast".

Today i was lazy and had some plums and a coke. I have found thoough that i go better through the day if i eat breakfast (along with 4 other meals). but then again i also have to eat a full meal 10 minutes before i run for cross country practice or i will start cramping up. Hash is good if its made well, and i like it with a fried egg mixed in on toast.

"And what is wrong with their life? What on earth is less reprehensible than the life of the Levovs?"
- American Pastoral, Philip Roth

Oh, Death was never enemy of ours!
We laughed at him, we leagued with him, old chum.
No soldier's paid to kick against His powers.
We laughed - knowing that better men would come,
And greater wars: when each proud fighter brags
He wars on Death, for lives; not men, for flags.
