"Everything" is the obvious answer, but here are my top five serious answers in no particular order:

Empire Knights (provided they get someone who has seen a horse before to scuplt the horses to avoid the "giant dog" issues GW seems to have with all the new horses)
Wraithguard (Come on, still metal? Obvious choice for a new plastic kit)
Great Coat Guard (with two head types on the sprue, Russian pot helmet and German Gas masked)
Inquisitor sprue (two figures, power armor and carapace armor, and hundreds of bits)
Rough Riders (horses again not akin to dogs)

I would also like the bretonnian men-at-arms to be plastic versions of the 5th edition figures instead of "retards with door sized shields", but i guess the chances of that happening are slim to none.

Sisters would be awesome! Perhaps also Grey Knights...to be fair, and you guys are probably going to digitally rape me.....but I'd also like to see pre-painted miniatures from GW as well.

Plastic pre-painted is really attractive for those who haven't got months to spend building and painting an army....

this is a really interesting question. It seems that GW does a pretty good job of making the proper plastic kits for each range, although there are some misfires (spawn instead of oblits? Scout Snipers instead of sisters? Scout Bikers at all?)

going through the armies to see what kits should be plasticized:

Codex Marines: exhaustively covered. With two scout kits and the new scout bikers, the extent of the plastic revolution is impressive. Plastic Veterans are a popular request though, with or supplemented by old armor varients.

Varient Marines: The LRC is probably the big winner from BT, Death Company from BA (they're easy to represent, but new models could take their look in an interesting directions), and the entire Space Wolf range is venerable, but a bit dated. I'd certainly like Wolf Guard Termies, and a new SW sprue would be nice, but nothing critical. DA are likewise pretty much covered save characters.

Chaos: The big gap is in the Cults, but it's unlikely they'll be made in plastic. Oblits are expensive and annoying, and really should be in plastic, same with Raptors. A plastic DP would be a joy, while plastic Havoks is a bit more of a luxury.

Eldar: Another pretty well covered range. I think most eldar players would rather see new jetbikes than, say, plastic Banshees. A big plastic Avatar would be amazing, and a plastic autarch kit would be a fantastic luxury. The aspects are low use models probably too varied for plastic.

Orks: Battlewagon, Buggies, Stormboys, Gretchin are all core models that could use a plastic kit (or a new one). Mega armored Nobz are a luxury item, as would be a new plastic warboss.

IG: There are plenty of calls for long coat guard, and I'm not opposed, but I'd rather have one complete (or nearly complete) plastic line than three half done ones. Cadians could be re-cut to add all the specials to the sprue, and/or boxed with the heavy weapon like modern guardians. Stromtroopers have broad appeal in both WH and DH armies, and theoretically could be a big part of the IG. Roughriders are another big metal unit in the codex along with Ogryn. A plastic command sprue would be nice, as would plastic hellhound and demolisher sprues.

Tyranids: Another well served range, the only kit that really cries out for plastic is the Hive Tyrant.

DE: While the warriors need a redo more than anything, plastic Ravagers and Wyches would be nice as well.

Tau: how much of this army is even metal at this point? Sniper drones and characters. Oh and kroothounds and krootox. I guess Broadsides and a commander sprue would be the big requests.

Necrons: Immortals are the most popular unit in metal, while Flayed ones might see slightly more play in plastic.

Demons: Horrors/plague bearers are metal troops, while Seekers of Slaanesh don't exist at all.

DH: Grey Knights and GK termies are the big holes here. I'm not sure I'd take the loss in detail with plastic termies, but the GKs would be nice.

WH: Sisters! Probably the most "key" unit to still be in metal, one Sisters kit could built 4 different units in the codex, and would revitalize a fanbase that's been through a lot.

My top five:
1) Sisters of Battle
2) Raptors
3) Stormtroopers
4) Battlewagon
5) Death Company

Well as an Eldar homeboy I really want all plastic aspect warriors and wraithgaurd (mainly because I am presently glueing a new sqaud of Banshees together and there are a few who simply refuse to stick) But as for other armies sisters are an obvious choice and Bretonians need an update.

You've just got to love the Space Elves

Yeah, while I don't care for Sisters myself, I do hope GW does them in plastic at some point, just for all the fans that have been left out in the cold for so long.

I'm on the Wraithguard march as well, I'd love to have them in plastics with some new poses and updated fiddly-bits like the Wraithlord has (banners, stones, etc.).

I'm making my own Warpspiders from old guardians at the moment (again, a lot of good it will do since 'spiders are a third rate choice at the moment), with liberally applied GS. That being said, if GW does produce a plastic model with new sculpts, it would almost make up for their sub-par performance/point value.

Immortals for Necrons, maybe even Destroyers - heck, make ALL Necrons plastics - just to make them more affordable on a model-by-model basis.

What harm can it do to find out? It's a question that left bruises down the centuries, even more than "It can't hurt if I only take one" and "It's all right if you only do it standing up." Terry Pratchett, Making Money

"Can a magician kill a man by magic?" Lord Wellington asked Strange. Strange frowned. He seemed to dislike the question. "I suppose a magician might," he admitted, "but a gentleman never could." Susanna Clarke Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell

YO DAKKA DAKKA!

Tallarn. Always wanted a kickarse Tallarn army, just didn't want to make that many robes. Bring back rough riders! IG has needed new EVERYTHING for... I don't know... eight years!

I don't know anything about this new jetbike though. If the bike/vyper box was just a way to flog the last of their old ones I'm going to be slightly peeved... but with last year's new eldar kits featuring the Autarch on Same Bike, it seems unlikely.

It would be ace if GW put out a 3-4 model Sister snap fit box similar to the ones that they just came out with for IG, CSM and Eldar..

I think greatcoat guard would fly off the shelf, I'd buy a crap load for sure. Just cast plastic Death Korps GW, please.

Also, all the mooted ork stuff. They did a fantastic job with the trukk and bikes, more like that for the buggies, battlewagon, stormboys and grots please.

The only thing I want to see in the plastics is a price range of its worth, and to please stop selling them at the metal prices.

I still laugh at the 50.00 terminators. At least put 10 to a box for that price,

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money.

If you look at the plastic Daemonettes and Bloodletters, at $22 per box of 10, they're far below the $40/$45 prices that were previously charged. If you look at any of the plastic WFB Cavalry, at $35 per box of 8, they're less than half the $10/model price that was charged for mixed metal&plastic. The $95 Baneblade is also clearly below the previous FW price. New Vindicator and Whirlwind are also cheaper than FW. So GW is definitely reducing prices on quite a number of the newer plastic kits.

Loyalist terminators are a screw job at $50 for 5. $25 (like Assault Marines) would be ideal, and $35 would be the upper limit.

I can't see a full range of greatcoat guard being sold alongside a full range of Cadians and Catachans - too much IG shelf space.

Stormtroopers are top of the list - they're well-used in Guard armies and the standard troops choice for Inquisitorial armies, they really need to be plastic.

Other than that, I'll shout Sisters too, just for what thir poor players have to go through...
