Negativity?
You should see the thread I posted on Warseer!

Thanks.
Protecting my butt (and reputation) is a priority in this instance.
I've worked hard on BTown to prove myself, and am trying to here.
I can tell you this much: I wouldn't sit idly by while he tried it (not that I anticipate that he will).

I assume this was a similar type affair as the situation here in some way yes ?

I don't know the whole story, but there The Dropzeone (TDZ) was a retailer who made a big push to gain online warhammer business. He had a great discount, 25% IIRC, and initially had good service. After a while, people began getting less and less of their stuff, until finally he simply vanished with a pile of money. As far as I know, he's literally on the lam, unless criminal charges could never be filed. I'm not sure if he go in over his head or if he simply planned a long con, but he screwed a lot of folks out of some serious cash.

Hmm.
I wish it was that easy.

Your story, pretty much, on the nose.
Fact is, though, after he absconed with all that money, the made way from SC to NC and set up shop there (in a mall, IIRC).
As far as I know, the man's still in "business."

I think it was intentional. He started out well, got HUGE business because of his GREAT discount, then took advantage of the reputation he'd acquired to scam people.
Soon after, he left town (literally AND metaphorically).
I don't know if he's ever faced any charges and, if not, I don't know WHY not. He should have, though.

If you do find out where, please let us know. I'd like to know which store to avoid and which store to tell my friends to avoid and possibly boycott as well.
