My second to the last post was just to show what got buffed and what got down-graded, not to say that units were useless. Your points are almost identical to my first post. Unfortunately, 75% of my opponents are Marines (about as diverse as a bowl of oatmeal

). So I don't usually get the benefit (and fun) of blowing up
OT vehicles or popping a Ctan (go boom

Genestealer shock is going to have a much harder time against Mech. Even if you do blow it up, they are no longer auto pinned and the leadership check is in thier favor. That means you get shot with a high likelyhood of having no cover save (The marines are the ones in the cover

). I guess that makes
EC more essential.
