Subject: Angels of Death (addendum to the Marine Codex for Blood Angels and Dark Angels)
What about changing Dante's Inspiring into his chapter tactics? I.e. grants "preferred enemy: those guys" not quite as powerful as Furious Charge (as it won't let them hurt anything they were unable to damage previously) but still has a nice melee focus.

The only thing I would add is an increase in blood angel tactical, assault, termies yadayada to account for the extra models they get with the death company.
