The Hammer of Witches

A new day, a new time zone.

Models within a unit don't block eachother's LoS.

in theory you could use a banner to block, but that would be cheap, and alot of effort would have to go into that banner to stop me "removing" it.

failing that i would do the same to you, but on a much larger scale.

Suffused with the dying memories of Sanguinus, the warriors of the Death Company seek only one thing: death in battle fighting against the enemies of the Emperor.

OC FTW

But even then you could just move the banner dudes so you have LOS and then move them back on your opponents turn. You can turn on the spot at any time.

My guess is that almost every judge would just discount the banners in terms of LOS though so you shouldn't even bother in the first place =]

Can you provide a rule to back that up?

Because the only times I'm aware of that you're allowed to turn on the spot are during movement, and when declaring your shooting target.

Hammer the player, and then take his models.

Also saves on nails.

Listen, if this happened to me, I'd happily call a judge and get it ruled down.

In the extremely unlikely event of it being held up, I'd happily take a DQ for smashing the model to bits, saving everyone else from dealing with his bull.

I'm nice like that.

Ya know, I remember when you weren't chaotic unless you had at least 3 eyes, some kind of grotsque extra limb, and your blood was at least boiling acid. Apparently all need these days to be chaos is some skulls and an arrow on your forhead. - Kaile Bloodhammer

yakface's 40K rule #1: Although the rules allow you to use modeling to your advantage, how badly do you need to win your toy soldier games?
yakface's 40K rule #2: Friends don't let friends start a MEQ army.
yakface's 40K rule #3: Codex does not ALWAYS trump the rulebook, so please don't say that!
