so fluffwise a warlord could be HUGE i mean like a mile high,if he is smart enough and strong enough,god i want to do that.

Keep in mind that his bone structure would have to be able to support his immense weight. At ghazguls side I'm doubtful an ork could really maintain a good physique without some sort of bioniks. Just too much weight on the smaller bones and joints.

Also a mile high warlord would starve to death.

Ghazkull is huge, true, but he's more then 50% metal!

I could see mutant orks, overgrown orks, but very stupid...

Ghaz is so big, he used to be a MC (In the old Ork 'dex, apparently)

Some may remember the cover art from the old Armageddon 'dex supliment depicting Ghaz and Yarrick in combat.
In the picture Ghaz looks as though he could shove Yarrick in his mouth with room to spare,so yea,20 feet for Ghazziez hieght would be about right
"Would a warboss converted from a LOTR Cave Troll be too big?"--I've seen this done once before using the "krash Thrax" (I belive thats right) Inquisitor models power klaw,a resculpt on the right hand and loads of bits and green stuff IMO it looked great.

thats for howard. that was the reason i ended up joing dakka. personally i think in that neighborhood is the biggest you should go without getting stupid. maybe a lil bigger if it was in mega armor. any bigger and that would be just crazy

Do they shed skin?

Ive made a LOTR cave troll boss. (At work right now so no pics). I comes out very good. Most of Ghz's parts fit on him perfectly.

orks shed skin? ive never heard of it. doesnt mean they dont tho, im not an ork expert lol
