Eldars are conservatives, due to prior experiences they don´t like sex, drugs, homosexuality, SM, smoking, orgies, cross-dressing, rape, driving cars, football, american football, hockey, boxing... so they´ll vote for the GOP.
On the other hand Dark Eldar like all those things, so I guess they´ll vote to "Change the World".

My Orks are totally voting for McKinney. Green all the way.
My Tau would likely vote for Barr. He seems likely to be most vulnerable to pheromone mind control.
My Tyranids would like vote for Barr, as a fifth column effort to stop NASA and prevent our one and only hope to stop the oncoming hive fleet.

It probably isn’t cool to bring up a political debate in a fun thread like this, but that’s very, very wrong. Kerry served with distinction. He left the armed services with an excellent record, and the testimony of those who served with and under him agree with this. This was brought into question by the Swiftboat Veterans for Truth, a group funded indirectly by Karl Rove. They were genuine veterans, but they disliked the guy because of the stance he took on Vietnam when he came home, or because they didn’t like his current politics. They had nothing of substance to say about his service record, but decided they’d say it anyway.
It was a particularly ugly moment in politics, and led to purple heart band-aids being handed out and the Republican National convention, mocking the purple hearts awarded to Kerry and every other veteran. It’s a shame to see there’s still people out there that believe that that garbage.
Not to say I was ever much of a Kerry fan, and not that I really worry about him losing. Politically he’s a do-nothing centrist, and it’s unlikely he would have done much that different to Bush anyway. It also got the Democrats to try a candidate they actually liked, rather than the guy least likely to offend moderate Republicans.

Something tells me there were other choices on the ballot...a 2-party system only exists if we allow it to exist
Unless you think that amending the constitution is politically feasible, we're stuck a two party system. While the founders didn't realize it, the structure of our government means that two party rule is inevitable. If you want more parties, may I suggest a parliamentary system such as Her Majesty's?
God save the Queen!
The Uk has always had a de-facto two party system, the third party is just an add on in politics.
The system is getting more like the US both in campaigning style and also in policy balance. With Labour moving from hard socialism to a center right it mirrors the Democrat party to rthe Republican/Conservative party. Liberal Democrats, which are the real Democrat party, hold on because New Labour is also mostly Old Conservative.
Confusing, it shouldnt be but the voters over here do not do a great deal of thinking, so the big shifts took a long while to be noticed.

Agree 100 percent. The fact that someone could call to question a veteran's service and get away with it should infuriate just about anyone, including those that did serve with distinction. The fact that the swift boat veterans would attempt to discredit a fellow veteran is shameful to all servicemembers that ever swore an oath.
