While not a member of the WC (Go IFL!!), I've known many of them for years. And a blanket statement about them cheating is defineitely an incorrect statement.
As for playing against them, I would welcome it. I tell Marc Parker that he's been ducking me for years..... Just cause I'm usually not quite high enough in the standings to be matched against him is no excuse.

Don't be so quick to say WC guys are 'tough' gamers, one of them, Shane McRoberts, is one of the sorriest 5e players I've ever met.

He went 1win, 2massacres (against), and two ties (or Stelek wins i.e. 'tie with advantage') at the GT this weekend. It wouldnt be too far fetched to say he sucks ballzac at tourney play.

In other words...hes a chump. After seeing him play I'm unimpressed with Wrecking Crew.
