Don't let people go shooting that Hoover. Remember, warrior models can't be targeted if only an item in their hand is visible. The examples in the book are standards and weapons, but clearly a sweeper would fall into that category too.

I disagree. He'd need something a bit more heavy duty to get all that fur out of the carpets.

Thragrosh almost makes me want to get a little piece of Athnac. Almost.

Necros: you're west of philly, yes? I'm moving down to Wilmington this summer--we'll get the ol' Warmachine/Hordes thing going again, don't you fret.

On another note- that Thargrosh model is damn cool.

Mulg's not a bad model. It's an atrocious model.

Mulg is pure win. Can't wait to get a THIRD Dire Troll. One regular, one extreme, and him. And I don't even play hordes.

I have 14 Dire Trolls, but have never bought one from the Hordes line. Thanks VOR, for designing that model 8 years ago!

Thagrosh is a damn cool fig, and that Dire Troll will probably enter my collection. What are the odds it will be more than $60?

OTT hat FTW!

That was EXACTLY my thought too! "It's like nagash, but worse!"

Too bad it is just a backbanner. If I were to get the model I think I'd have to convert it to make it part of the hat.

Probably just the over the top (literally) nature of the thing.

I like this over the top model much better than some of the not over the top trolls
they've produced.

For me the awesome beefy troll with a nice beatstick is ruined by the slowed back pyramid. I mean the fact that it is slightly phallic is it's only redeeming quality. But that's just me.

Dude, the thing is a walking mountain. Of course it's over the top, just like the majority of PPs stuff, but I think it works most of the time (and especially here).

It makes me want to smash some foes or something.

And I say this as someone who also really likes more realistic historical or historically-based miniatures.
