deep striking obliterators can easily melt the pants off a dakkafex. rapid firing TL plasmaguns are very effective when the target has no invuln. save. Granted this leaves your big guns vulnerable, but if you can catch a fex isolated you'll be alright. Besides, P-fists and invuln saves will give you a half-decent chance to CC them as well.

But beware: rending genestealers can make a mess of plague marines, so make good use of your rapid firing bolters.
