i think it is great. the eldar titans have Kate Moss like legs. this things wouldn't plod across the field it would bound. just because something is big doesn't mean it need to be chunky. it could use some more detail but it would be fun in apoc games.

The model is very well built while styling is a matter of personal taste.
Fine, here's some "constructive criticism": I'd shrink the head down a lot, it's almost the same size as the body (maybe a slight exaggeration), and the shoulders need to be cut down a bit. The feet are kinda small and it doesn't look like it'd realistically be able to stand.
Yeah, it's well built, but IN MY OPINION it could look a lot better. I personally would have preferred something more creative than an upscaled crisis suit as well.
...in any case, yeah I'll admit 40k is pretty damn silly when you think about it, but is that really any excuse to do stuff like this? At least they tried to make the other titans look feasible, if someone plops this down on the table then I'm just not going to be able to take the game seriously anymore and will probably lose a little bit of interest.
That's more like it. You said what you don't like, and why, and how you think it ought to be changed. That is all stuff the original creator can think about and maybe change in the next model he does.

wow... thats seriousely harsh , i dont understand where all the hate is been generated from ) why is it so bad that you would lose interest in the game , just because the proportion are weird looking?

I like the model, though I'd call it more of an upscaled (maybe ==I== scale?) Crisis than a true Titan.

Kudos to the designer. Personally I don't picture the Tau having a titan in the way the Imperium or Eldar do. Though I think it might be kinda cool, or just funny to have a massive Gun Drone.

i mean, can we see your awesome work?
Yeah, you know what, it really irks me when people say that.
Okay, how about...you can never judge a movie again, hmm? You can't decide whether that film you saw last week was good or bad until you go to film school and direct your own major motion picture!
I don't have to win a fething Golden Demon to judge someone else's work, and why does it really matter what I have to say anyway? It's just my opinion, it means as much or as little as you want it to.
And if you think that was "seriously harsh", then you obviously didn't see my ill-thought-out comment that I edited previously. Considering what I ALMOST said it's really not that bad.
Anyway, in an attempt to answer your question, I would lose interest in the game because...well, first of all, we all have to suspend our disbelief a bit in order to properly enjoy it. Like it was said, this game is flying rodent gak insane, it's off the wall silliness and there's skulls and lots of dark, dorky themes going on and aliens, daemons, monsters, mutants, etc. But GW presents it in a way that makes it easy to swallow, I don't exactly want to say "believable" but when you look at the warhound titan you think, "Eh, okay, that works". Of course the idea of giant bipedal robots is ludicrous and impractical to the extreme, but a warhound is designed to look like it could actually kinda work. It's silly, but serious enough that you can plonk it down on the table and not feel like an idiot.
And then there's this thing. I'm a bit biased because I am not a big fan of GW's crisis suit design to begin with, I've seen what they could have done and what they ended up sticking with and I just don't like it. And Tau also don't have bipedal titans like the other races, like it was said, for some strange reason they and they alone have decided that giant two-legged robots just aren't practical, so they make humongous airships instead. So the fact that this thing shouldn't even exist already kinda raises my standards, in order for me to accept something that breaks the fluff like that it has to be pretty damn awesome. I don't know if anyone saw the "intruder" titan posted on ATT or Tau Online, but I could play a game with that thing, it was very well made.
The way this thing is designed...it almost seems to me that the creator went out of his way to make it silly-looking. The weapons are a little OTT, the head...needs no explanation, and the shoulder pads are ridiculously large. The feet really bother me too, they're too small and flat, and on a whole the thing just doesn't look very agile or mobile which makes it a little impractical for Tau to actually make use of. I can't honestly see any instance in which a Tau commander would say "We NEED one of these!", when a manta or tigershark could do the same job better, and all they have to do is fly over the battlefield. If this thing stepped on a large rock it'd probably fall over and crush the cadre.
Not to mention it would need its own manta just to transport it, and the manta itself is capable of taking down a titan! So why waste the resources at all?
I dunno, that's just my opinion. I don't like the idea, don't like the model, and while I will recognize that it probably took a long time to make and it is well made, it just doesn't float my boat at all. Sorry if that's harsh at all, but you can't expect everyone to like everything. And I apologize for my earlier slowed comment which hopefully not many people actually saw.

Last I checked, the eldar have some seriously bad ass flyers, and even the imperium have some you cannot just dismiss out of hand. A t-bird is no easy kill unless it lands. Heck, according to the fluff even orks have flyers that are pretty rugged, maneuverable, and strapped with guns.
The "one race", wash away? Don't think so.

Well then that leaves Tau with...err...crap. Not particularly good at anything except making really long guns.

really, I think that tau could do quite well with their flyers. I mean, really the rail gun just needs scaling up. A little d3 structure points here, a little blast template there, and between that and the ion cannon and you have the potential for some great load outs. I would not go titan with them, but super heavy flyer? Oh YEAH.

You ever look at human feet ? Comparatively small and ill-designed. Very prone to break down.
In my opinion , a Crisis suit is exactly what the Tau would build. However I agree the head looks oversized.

That looks completely rediculous. It's just an upscaled Crisis Suit; too Blocky to be a Tau Titan.
As for my take on the Tau having Titans, if the Tau were to build an Imperial style titan rather than a fleet of small Titan Hunters, it would be to transport weaponry to powerful/heavy for a flyer or skimmer to mount.
