Hmmm,I never really thought that clothing had much to do with gaming as I see people sporting lots of diffrent styles (or lack of) at the FLGS.
However,I've basicly always been a "freak",Mohawks of multiple color, spikey leather jacket, multiple piercings and a load of tattoos, doc martens, motorcycle boots etc.
Now that I'm a bit older(39) I dont sport the mohawk any more or the facial piercings, but still dress in a "I'm an old punk" sort of way and still visit my friendly tattoo artist when ever possible.

I am both selfish and chaotic. I value self-gratification and control; I want to have things my way, preferably now. At best, I'm entertaining and surprising; at worst, I'm hedonistic and violent.

ohh, another ink admirer while i dont have the years of getting tattoos done, and had a late start, ill probably stop getting tattoos when i run out of "invisible" skin (the wife refuses to let me get them where theyre visible in a suit, so no hands/neck work)

i personally wear whats comfortable, which is usually a Tshirt and jeans. Of course, the T-shirts run the gauntlet from Mountain bike shirts, to comic book shirts... i have just as many Marzocchi shirts as i do band Tshirts...i'm actually kinda *trying* to get some colors into my collection, other than black

@ Ensis Ferrae:
Yes,I'm a huge ink fan, "sleaves" on both arms(wrist to shoulder),6 on my legs(including the start of a universial monsters tribute)1 on my chest,3 on my neck and a small one inside the top of my left ear.
Fortunatly,I work on cars for a living,so I'm not in the "public eye" and can still make good money.

hehe, currently, im in the army, so there are, of course, rules against certain tattoos... my next piece is gonna be reminiscent of the mk 7 chest plate (easiest way to describe it to outsiders here) my coat of arms, pair of wings covering most of my chest, with some flames shootin out the top, and some spiderwebs out the bottom... a mixed bag of old school and new

recently had a wicked idea for another one that involves a play on religious icons

The chest tat idea sounds like it'll look tight, chest work "stings" alot so your gonna have alot of "fun" getting it,but it sounds like it'll be cool as all hell when it's done.
I wonder if many people have ever got 40k inspired tats? I personaly have been strongly considering getting the "chaos star" from the first page of the new CSM codex, but I'm not sure about doing it yet.

i seem to remember something on another forum, with a picture of a back mural a guy had done of a pretty ornate Chaos marine, turns out it was a labor of love for the artist as well, since, as the story goes the artist was a 40k fan as well, so was all to happy to get to do such a work. other than that, i see the random collection of chapter badge tattoos running around on the forums as avatars..

I know someone who's considering getting a tat of their childs feet and the name above, somewhere around their heart.
