I would find that a magic heavy army would nearly be mandatory from the WHFB side as there would be nothing 40k armies can do to increase their magic defense and that anything using a high number of blast templates and flamer templates would win even if the 40k player was comatose.

I voted for Fantasy, only because I already knew the results and decided to join the underdogs.

Also, anyone ever think about modifiers for tanks???

Boys boys, thse systems aren't in the same universe any more... The GW fluff dudettes took care of that...

Unless you were taking 40k forces straight from a feral/feudal world (I.E. tribes of primitives or medieval era) this is going to be a total slaughter against the Fantasy dudes.

Well, if you look at it, all of the armor in 40k is designed to stop bullets. Sometimes it just doesn't work, so fantasy arrows and bullets have a chance to go through armor. Albeit a very small chance. How would one rationalize an arrow killing a fully armored terminator? Maybe his crotch plate fell off and the arrow hit him there.

You *could* technically play a game of 40k vs. fantasy and find out (with a lot of rules fudging, of course)

I'll see if I can play 500 points of marines vs. Orcs and Goblins or Dwarfs vs. Chaos Marines.
