As noted they're on a Gundam display stand (actually a rip-off gundam stand) I picked up in Hong Kong on the same trip.
You'll see them in a lot of my photos lately, figure it's better than typical backdrop of paint pots, keyboard and soda cans.

I peraonlly think if you rivet the living hell out of them, they will look perfectly Imperial. I mena look at IG tanks. My god if rivets were never invented in the Imperium they would be screwed

Those are some nice looking vehicles and the larger scale isn't as big as I thought it would be, makes me want to do IG.

As predicted these kits were a NIGHTMARE to put together. Perhaps not as bad as the old metal-plastic predators but certainly the worst plastic I've ever worked with.
Flash, misalligned pieces, parts that break if you look at them funny, parts that don't fit, parts that cannot fit, mislabled instructions...
the worst was the tires. They're some rubbery plastic different from the rest of the kit and THEY JUST DIDN'T FIT into the wheels. At all.
So on the first one I just said #$$% it and cut them. I'll patch it with putty later. It was only after I cut them that I realized they were rubbery, and I could stretch them. So #2 was a lot easier but boy was I pissed.
Anyway I'll have more civilian trucks soon.
Damn you tires! Damn you to hell!

I've just finished building one of those. Mine is a Soviet BA-10 made by Zvezda -- it may not be exactly the same model.
It's a pretty crappy kit and I had terrible trouble with the wheels and tyres, same as you. I solved it by heating the tyres in boiling water to make the plastic soft. I could then 'pop' the wheel parts into the tyre and everything worked out OK. It wasn't fun though.

Here's mine, photoed a few minutes ago on the garden table with an AoBR Marien and a Pig Iron Kolony officer for scale.
It's had its first coat of forest green spray today.
I've made mine a sort of upmarket fighting armoured car (Kommissars for the use of) so it retains its weapons.
I made it more Imperial by a number of adaptations using some scratch-building and a few Imperial parts.
For example, I made the front wheels double, and put a girder on for the front bumper and armoured skirts on the rear wheels.

It has twin loudspeakers, propaganda for the shouting of. I did all the main painting highlighting and stuff last weekend but I've got to go to Japan now so I can't do anything more for a while.
