If Vets are standalone Elites, I could see Valk access.

I got the Guard dex and the vendetta is equipped with 3 twin linked lascannons which two are on wing hardpoints. The wing hardpoints can be exchanged for hellfury missiles. (Infantry killers) It is only available as a fast attack choice with one to three making a squadron. They are fast vehicles with scout (fun) and the vendetta costs 130 points compared to the valk 100. The transport capacity is the same (12 models)

I know you mean nothing but the best, but please do not drag up old News & Rumors threads to confirm old rumors as most of this stuff has already been confirmed elsewhere but the codex is also now out for anyone to go purchase.
