CAN WE MAKE THIS STOP ALREADY?

This is just becoming a waste of space... Everyone has made their points and is now becoming either bitchy or trying to be a lawyer and score points through linguistic precision.

Lets face it, none of us are completely genuine on here and everyone online lies about who they are in some way.

what a find most besar is that you yourself came up with a group name for the people that hate you..... why dont you let them name themselfs? or just stey singular? im sure they all have there own reason for "hating" you... and be greatfull they dont.... letter bombs and other hate related things are NEVER a good thing, inANY situation.

On my computer, those 8 paragraphs were just shy of 2 screens. To me, it seems a touch much, and I don't think that "huge" was too much exaggeration.

I guess the thing is, it's not really a Dakka thing, so IMO, it doesn't obviously belong here. In any case, I was really hoping to find that you had found something ridiculous that actually sold, or something that sold for a ridiculously high price - something funny and entertaining. Imagine my disappointment...

I make no bones about it: I like 4chan - it's funny and cute. And very entertaining. I also like FML. Very funny stuff there, too. Highly recommended.

If you aren't going to take it back to WarSeer, then perhaps eBay forums? Posting here, where there's a limited direct connection doesn't make so much sense. To me, this comes across as very much similar to that WC loser who was all butthurt earlier.

Anyhow, shell bidder would have been your friend, and saved everybody a lot of grief.

I do have to wonder about people who make such statements. If they thread offends that much, why are you commenting to it? That little "x" button on the top right of your browser would work well in such a situtation. I also understand Dakka has an "ignore" feature too.

To be totally fair I am known for having a verbose posting style and am a fast typist, so what is not long to me might seem that to others.

I've gotten .pdfs of every DandD 4E book months before release from /tg/

Also had the 5th edition rulebook like a month before release too.

I love the irony of this topic, not so much because of TR, moreso because of the rest of the posters. If I were to convert the posters complaining about this topic into a metaphor, it would be this: "A bunch of children who voluntarily enter an amusement park, only to say how much they hate it and aren't interested in it, yet don't leave even though they have mom in her minivan waiting in the parking lot to come take them home."

If you are good at spotting / filtering out the junk, then you'll appreciate the 20% of nice stuff there

What did I say that is factually incorrect?
That 4chan is a haven for hackers and trouble makers? It is. The "actions" against Scientology and Hal Turner stand out as examples. While both targets are not at all sympathetic and represent idiocy , the channer kiddies went over the line in dealing with them.
That 4chan posters lack even the small amount of acountability that membership sites like Dakka have? That's undeniably true as well.
That trolling, spamming, and idiocy abound on 4chan at the expense of real content? That's true too.
What do I not get?

See, that's the problem with ranting - it doesn't put you in a positive light. Whatever T-tauri's failings are, Trenchraider has failed abysmally to portray himself as any less petty and childish.

I don't think there's anything wrong with ranting, per se. I think it's just that his rant is a hypocritical over-reaction whose driving force is an entitlement complex that makes Trench Raider come across as petty and childish.

Theres a simple scientific theory that comes into play here. I call it "cat theory" because i don't know it's real name but i am under the impretion that is a neitches or frau..frogger..? Something, he was a German syciatrist i think. Anyway, the Theory is as follows. If you put a cat in a box with no holes, there is no way to see in or out, then you pump in deadly gases, until you open this box the cat exists as both living and dead for there is a possibility of both. Now, replace a cat with this T-tauri fellow, replace the opaque box with a glass box, and instead fill it with hydrogen sulphide and laughing gas, now he will exist in both a form of complete hilarity to those around, or dead. Either way this seems to solve your problem..... I did mention the part where your friend buys the minis off of Ebay for you and show him the picture of you with them right?
