Depending on the points I would run something similar to the list below against your Daemons and feel comfortable chewing them up.
At 2500 I would take Master of the Forge on a Bike with Conversion Beamer, 6x Regular Dreads w/
MM/Flamers, 3 units of 2x Speeders with
MM/Hvy Flamers, 3x Predators w/Autocannon &
HB sponsons, 4x 10 man Tacticals in Rhinos w/
ML/Flamer, 1x 10 man scout squad w/Sniper Rifles &
HB plus Sgt Telion and then Ally them with an Inquisitor Lord w/Psy Cannon, Psychic Hood with Sanctuary and his Retinue with a mix of Gun Servitors, Mystics, Sages, Acolytes and a Familiar. I think the Inquisitor Lord makes this a very difficult task for the Daemons.
I have also done a similar build but instead of the Master of the Forge I brought Captain Lysander with the same Inquisitor Lord with only 2x Dreads and a 10 Man Unit of Grey Knights with Storm Bolters hanging out with Lysander and the rest of the army the same. I think your army can be taken a number of different ways and you could adjust the list accordingly depending on the points. And even without the Inquisitor Lord you could put enough hurt on the Daemons to put them down.

Ironclad Spam:
Master of the Forge
2 Tactical Squads with Melta/Plasma Cannons, Razorbacks
6 Ironclad Dreadnoughts in Drop Pods
3 Land Speeders, MM/HB
Against your list I would deploy the 'Clads on the table screening my tacticals, the Speeders would move 7+ inches every turn, and my Master of the Forge would basically hang out while my Ironclads stomped on your daemons and the speeders/razorbacks shot everything to death. I would drop the pods onto your objectives so you couldn't claim with the PlagueBearers, and just keep bogging you down and running you over with unkillable walkers. Ironclads versus Soulgrinders is epic fail for Daemons.
