O H I am in the Webway...

I like the 1st list you posted above, and this list also looks quite nice. It really does have some nice firepower and mobility to it, and could take on just about anything. The option to outflank is really great, and Khan is a beast overall.

He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster and if you gaze for long into an abyss, the abyss gazes also into you

It's an excellent bike list, but how does it fair vs a shooty, mechanized marine list?

I am still quite impressed. For 1500pts, it's very nice.

I'm going to save this list, been looking for a fun FA only army to get after I'm done building my first 2000 pt army.

Well, thus far I have beaten Salamanders and Dark Eldar with my non-Khan list. Smart reserves deployment is so vital to this army, as is knowing when to make the most of your movement.

I will keep at that first list and maybe try the Khan list next month. I only get really 1 day a week to play, so its hard to get in more than 4-6 games a month.

Gotta ask, what did you do to get the command squad on the bikes? I'm new to modding them, is it as simple as using both a bike squad and command squad kit?

I would assaume you just use biker legs on the torsos of a command squad.

Unless you get fancy with what sort of legs are used, then yes, that is basically it. It isn't too hard to sculpt up joints to reposition legs though, so you can use really any kits you want as long as they are not metal. That is when things get too complicated.

THE HORUS HERESY: Emprah: Hours, go reconquer the galaxy so there can be a new golden age. Horus: But I should be Emprah, bawwwwww! Emprah: Magnus, stop it with the sorcery. Magnus: But I know what's best, bawwwwww! Emprah: Horus, tell Russ to bring Magnus to me because I said so. Horus: Emprah wants you to kill Magnus because he said so. Russ: Fine. Emprah's always right. Plus Ole Red has already been denounced as a traitor and I never liked him anyway. Russ: You're about to die, cyclops! Magnus: O noes! Tzeentch, I choose you! Bawwwww! Russ: Ah well. Now to go kill Horus. Russ: Rowboat, how have you not been doing anything? Guilliman: . . . I've been writing a book. Russ: Sigh. Let's go. Guilliman: And I fought the Word Bearers! Horus: Oh shi--Spess Puppies a'comin? Abbadon: And the Ultramarines, sir. Horus: Who? Anyway, this looks bad. *enter Sanguinis* What are you doing here? Come to join me? Sanguinius: *throws self on Horus's power claws* Alas, I am undone! When you play Castlevania, remember me! *enter Emprah* Emprah: Horus! So my favorite son killed my favorite daughter! Horus: What about the Lion? Emprah: Never liked her. Horus: No one does. Now prepare to die! *mortally wounds Emprah*Emprah: Au contraire, you dick. *kills Horus* Dorn: Okay, now I just plug this into this and . . . okay, it works! Emprah? Hellooooo? Jonson: I did nothing! Guilliman: I did more nothing that you! Jonson: Nuh-uh. I was the most worthless! Guilliman: Have you read my book? Dorn: No one likes that book. Khan: C'mon guys. It's not that bad. Dorn: I guess not. Russ: You all suck. Ima go bring the Emprah back to life.

For me it would be a gigantic pain in the butt. I lack the space and effort to cut up joints and put them in other positions.

I have been thinking of putting together a scars army with a list very similar to this. I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a question real quick though.

Where can i find the point cost for adding an honour guard on bikes? I am a new player and am having a little trouble finding some info.

any help would be much appreciated.

From what I recall, you can't have the HG on Bikes, sadly. No point upgrade listed, so its not an option.
