I don't know if you know the Omega Marines are en existing chapter who are of an unknown founding, with unknown chapter origins, but are a "codex chapter". They appeared in the third war for armageddon.

Not sure what you're doing as a color scheme, but the halved white/black looks pretty cool, as does the skull in the Omega.

I like Omega Guard. As for the decal, I would switch and put the Omega on the inside of something. Otherwise I would say go with decal 1.

Anuvver fing - when they do sumfing, they try to make it look like somfink else to confuse everybody. When one of them wants to lord it over the uvvers, 'e says "I'm very speshul so'z you gotta worship me", or "I know summink wot you lot don't know, so yer better lissen good". Da funny fing is, arf of 'em believe it and da over arf don't, so 'e 'as to hit 'em all anyway or run fer it.

If you wanted to be really accurate and get the exact high Gothic (Latin) translation of "Legions of omega" then you would get....
Legiones Omegae = Legions Of Omega 
I think that it sounds quite cool
