And again no its not a leman russ chasi as the angles are not the same and the details arent even exactly the same, the detail are similar but not the same.

Thanks for clearing that up, Bubbalicious. Looks like it's a really good conversion of the GW model (perfectly legal to do) then cast as a resin model for resale (rather illegal to do). Maybe that's why it's not available from the main page for sale...

It's pretty much the same size as a standard chimera, a little taller because of the turret. With the big wheels though I could see it carrying something a little heavier than an autocannon.


That vehicle is really nice, a quick question though. Where did you get the wheels? I any one has a good source of wheels to use on projects can you let me know

As a side note, the Thunder Tank Russ conversion is really easy. It's just a matter of spinning the body within the tracks and covering the gaps. Here's mine...

The wheels (and turret) are from a Luchs model, from Revell I believe. A Luchs is a German LAV BTW.
