Well I lack anti tank, and best weapons for that would be wraithlords with bright lances.

I'm going to stick with the banshees. I think they are cool, though will need a transport or something. The Harlequins have better WS, but they only have a 5+ invulnerable save compared to the Banshees 4. The Banshees will also have war shout and with the banshee mask will strike first. The banshees also have power weapons, so I'd rather go with them over Harlequins. And for the target power I need to pay 30 points for a Shadowseer. I think Banshees are better for me anyway.

Well the advantage of the Shadowseer is as I said is two fold, it reduces max range it can shot at is 24 inches, and usually it is around 12 inches. Plus the shadowseer is a psyker and so will cancel out wraithsight!

back to the shrouding ability, that means that Harlequins can the majority of the time footslog across the board and then only risk getting shot on the turn before they charge, if your opponent is lucky enough to role more than eight, less than that and you can probably stick outside his shooting range and fleet into combat without getting shot at!

I'm not doubting the advantages. Its the cost. The Harlequins are 2 points more, have no power weapon and a a poorer save, though it is invulnerable. The advantage would be foot slogging would be easier.

Maybe consider swapping the striking scorpions out for the Harlies then. They'll be a bit more expensive but have an equal number of attacks better weapon skill and are actually more survivable at range. Plus they have fleet furious charge and hit and run.

The scorpions I have given shadowstrike, so they can infiltrate. A transport with them wouldn't be so much use as I would place them in cover.

Its the save and no power weapons. Scorpions have the 3+ save and banshees the power weapon. Harles have none of these :( To make them survive at range I need to pay another 30 points, and that might not always work once they get closer. A transport would be better for them really.
